Refund Eligibility
At Needer, refunds are only available before the client receives access to an approved delivery. Because Needer operates with custom digital content and escrow protection, all refunds are subject to objective delivery conditions.
A refund may be granted only in the following situations:
- The freelancer fails to submit a delivery before the agreed deadline.
- No valid delivery is approved by Needer before the delivery deadline expires.
- The order cannot proceed due to objective delivery failure confirmed during administrative review.
Once a delivery has been approved by Needer and made available to the client, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
When refunds are NOT available
Refunds are not available when:
- The client has received access to an approved delivery.
- The delivered content substantially matches the order request.
- The reason is subjective dissatisfaction alone.
- The client changes preferences after delivery approval.
Administrative Review Before Delivery
All submitted deliverables are reviewed by Needer before being released to the client. This review verifies that:
- the delivery exists,
- the delivery reasonably matches the order request,
- the delivery complies with platform policies.
If a delivery fails review, it is rejected and returned to the freelancer for correction.
Delivery Rejection Process
If a submitted delivery is rejected during review:
- the order returns to active funded status,
- the freelancer may submit a corrected delivery,
- escrow funds remain protected until valid completion or deadline expiration.
Deadline Expiration and Refund
If no approved delivery is available when the deadline expires:
- the client may request a refund.
- Refunds in this case return escrowed funds according to platform rules and blockchain execution.
