Needer collects only the information necessary to operate the platform, facilitate orders, secure transactions, prevent abuse, and maintain platform integrity.

2. On-Chain Data (Immutable Blockchain Data)

When interacting with blockchain functions such as escrow funding, releases, refunds, or payments, you directly interact with publicly deployed smart contracts used by Needer.

The following blockchain information becomes permanently public:

• Wallet addresses
• Transaction hashes
• Timestamps
• Smart contract interactions
• Payment values
• Escrow-related transaction history

This data:

• is public and permanently accessible;
• cannot be altered, deleted, or obscured by Needer;
• may be indexed by third-party blockchain explorers and blockchain analytics services.

Due to blockchain immutability, requests for deletion, correction, or restriction cannot apply to On-Chain records.

Wallet addresses are treated as technical identifiers and are not inherently linked by Needer to legal identity unless voluntarily associated through profile information.

3. Off-Chain Data (Platform Account Data)

To operate the platform, Needer may collect and process:

5. File Uploads and Content Moderation

Uploaded files delivered through orders are treated as private transactional content and are only accessible to authorized participants involved in the corresponding order, subject to moderation controls.

Needer prohibits:

Legal adult consensual content may be transmitted through the platform when compliant with Needer policies and applicable law.

Administrative access to uploaded files may occur only when required for:

• moderation and dispute resolution
• security review and fraud investigation
• legal compliance

Blockchain records remain permanent and cannot be modified or erased. Certain internal records related to completed orders, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be retained in anonymized form.

Requests may be submitted through official platform support channels. Requests affecting blockchain data cannot be fulfilled due to technical immutability.
