Needer is committed to maintaining a secure, legally compliant, and professionally moderated environment.

Users remain solely and fully responsible for all content uploaded, requested, commissioned, delivered, or distributed through the platform.

Needer acts solely as a technological intermediary and does not assume authorship, ownership, editorial control, or legal responsibility over user-generated deliverables.

By using Needer, all users agree to comply strictly with this Content Policy.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

Any attempt to upload, request, commission, deliver, or distribute the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Child exploitation or any minor-related material (including ambiguous age representation)
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Sexual violence, coercion, incest simulation, age-roleplay ambiguity
• Deepfakes involving real persons, celebrities, or public figures without explicit consent
• Violent extremism, terrorism, self-harm promotion
• Malware, phishing, malicious code, cyberattacks
• Fraudulent documents, forged credentials, fake identities
• Unauthorized copyrighted material, stolen code, compromised data

3. NSFW Content Guidelines

Needer permits SFW and NSFW freelance services only under these strict conditions:

• All participants must be verified adults (18+)
• Content must be lawful in both jurisdictions involved
• Content must be consensual and legally produced
• No content simulating minors, coercion, or abuse
• Needer may require age verification or supporting documentation where legally necessary

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Submission files may be subject to administrative review, automated screening, or manual verification prior to release.

Administrative review does not constitute legal certification or authenticity validation.

Needer does not guarantee detection of all policy violations.

Needer reserves the right to reject files, cancel orders, suspend accounts, restrict wallets, and apply enforcement measures without prior notice.

Repeated violations may lead to permanent platform exclusion.

Attempts to bypass platform controls, moderation systems, or deliver prohibited material outside the platform are prohibited.

5. Blockchain Payment Limitation

Due to blockchain immutability, completed transactions cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled by Needer.

Administrative enforcement may occur independently from payment finality.

6. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report violations through official Trust & Safety channels.

Reported violations may trigger internal review, temporary suspension, order freezing, or permanent account restriction.

7. Policy Updates and Legal Cooperation

Needer reserves the right to update this Content Policy at any time as required by legal, operational, or security considerations.

Needer may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required by applicable law.
